Jenada Isles, Wilton Manors, FL Officers for 2012

The Wilton Manors Mayor and Jenada Isles Resident, Gary Resnick reports the results of the Jenada Isles elections to the homeowners association. The elections were to be conducted in February 2012. According to Tracy Stafford, volunteer to oversee this process, only three residents volunteered to serve as the three (3) officers needed, do there was no need to conduct elections. The new officers are Jenada Isles residents and have included their email addresses should they need to be contacted:

Congratulations to Justin, Frank and Judy! The neighborhood would like to thank them for volunteering their time to the Jenada Isles neighborhood. And Tracy Stafford offered a thank you to the prior Board Members for their services to the neighborhood.

Jenanda Isles is a community of 82-single family homes. Surrounded by a waterway, Jenada Isles is made up of Wilton Manors waterfront properties and dry-lot properties. An arm-gated community, homes are sold from $300,000 and up. Mainly one story homes, there are less than a dozen that are two-story homes. Nestled in the western part of Wilton Manors, this community offers privacy and a pride of home ownership amongst its homeowners.

Henri Frank Group of REMAX Preferred Office Opening

Afrer nearly a year of searching for just the right office, designing just the right office and creating a unique build out for a Real Estate Office, Remax Preferred has announced that their latest satellite office in Wilton Manors at 2166 Wilton Drive in the Gables Building will be opening in the days ahead. The GRAND OPENING will be announced shortly.

The HENRI FRANK GROUP will be returning to Wilton Drive and occupying desk space. Henri Vezie and Frank Vigliotti, founders of the HENRI FRANK GROUP are pleased to be returning to the community. The HENRI FRANK GROUP will continue to have a presence at the Bayview Drive corporate office of Remax Preferred at the corner of Bayview Drive and 2810 Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.
